hi my name is Valerie of promise and today's quick tip is how to navigate the cost grades tab of the student record within the student record we have several tabs that have important information on them one of those tabs is the cost grades tab which houses all the students great information on this tab there are also two sub-tabs on the first grade information sub-tab you can locate the student's GPA set a graduation or certification alert to show on the student's record header and put a comment that you would want to show on the student's printed transcript you can also print out a transcript a report card a progress report as well as a graduation status report on the second add edit grade sub tab you can add new grades edit and delete existing grades and you can also link grades from another County to your County's equivalent courses I hope you found the cost grades tab helpful thank you again for watching and please remember to subscribe to our YouTube channel
