to The Honorable Jim Jordan my name is Sierra tares and I represent non-investing human subjects I am a citizen living in Belleview Washington my targeting began ctly in the year 2013 and ully in the year 2018 every person who is a non-investing human subject has a plan of torture tailored to them mine would include the f home break-ins and vandalism visual monitoring overt and covert surveillance including inside of my home wiretapping sexual harassment Convoy harassment and covert surveillance Community harassment and wiretapping these are just a few of the things that I have to endure on a daily basis this is wrong this is uncons tional and it is not conducive to Healthy Living non-investing government has three main goals for non-investing human subjects and that is one that we commit suicide using our own decisions two to be incarcerated and three to be institutionalized and there is no help from police fire or medical for any of these issues there is nowhere to turn that is the way the program was designed non-investing of human subjects are treated as the scourage of humanity we are treated as if our lives do not matter at all this is an invisible darkness that most people cannot see it is like being trapped in a black box with no light to ever enter it is where no one can save you that is what it feels like of the non-investing human subjects and because the government does not care about us we have to start caring about ourselves and that is why I have worked with so many other non-investing human subjects and listen to their problems and been there for them they've been there for me I have written letters I have created a website I have a book called targeting Taris available now on Amazon I'm all over social media I have written Freedom of Information Act requests this needs to end this is immoral this is flagrant that is why I'm calling on you Jim Jordan to repeal the 5is of 72 along with the Patriot Act and I want to show my support for the bill HR 237 the 4th amendment restoration act non investigative human subjects we are American citizens we are people we deserve to have our voices heard and we deserve to live our lives and have the freedom of enjoyment just like all Americans thank you I'm sier sares
