[Music] sensitive compartmented information facilities known as skiffs and special access program facilities known as sapf's seem pretty similar both are used for handling classified information and both are built according to the same standards but there is an important distinction between them whether you have a skiff or a sap f depends on who is using the space a skiff could be used by a number of intelligence community elements such as the cia the nsa or fbi sap f's however are most often used by the department of defense while both facilities adhere to the icd-705 and how they're constructed there are some internal procedural standards that still don't quite align fully with icd-705 while the two may have some standards that don't align they are more reciprocal today than ever before you
