and it talks about inslaw a company owned by a gentleman named Bill Hamilton and it talks about a contract they won to develop software for the Department of Justice and this was like a relational database software they had developed this database to help track criminal cases or I guess civil cases too through the court system as they were developing this software and putting this project together all of a sudden the department of jce Justice stopped paying them started withholding payments from them I worked for the Department of Justice in '92 is when I started Mar the US government at that time and it must have been exponentially worse in the80s Mark notoriously incapable of paying bills on time the joke used to be at that time oh you got a government contract well the good news is you're definitely going to be paid the bad news is who knows when
