saap was a big program in order to look at from the pentagon's perspective the UAP or UFO in in vacular the UFO issue from there it there was an aspect of a AAP was kind of think of a big umbrella and then you have a little umbrella fitting underneath this bigger umbrella which looked at a lot of stuff uh to include elements of that now is known as skin walker Ranch and some other things a tip was really focusing on nuts and bolts of the UAP phenomenon so ASAP did too but they were mucho think of a shotgun approach versus a sniper approach the shotgun being oap the sniper being a tip and so I was actually part of the AIP program
