Inside Townsend Brown’s 1930s Naval Experiments

He actually talks about a three a three model system. So using the bifeld brown effect if current is applied to the device it will be propelled through water. If you propel water through the device it will generate electricity. If you propel water through the device it will act as a pump. So it was a generator, a means of propulsion and a pump.
That is all documented in correspondence with the Naval Research Labs in the 1930s. And since we're on this note of the story, I will recount my experience of trying to learn what Towns and Brown was doing at the Naval Research Labs in the 1930s. [Music]
